NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Federation University Australia (FedUni) Alumni Chapter Hong Kong former University of Ballarat Alumni Chapter (Hong Kong) will be held on Saturday, 18th October 2014 at 4pm at the:
Sino Education
2/F, Fourseas Building, 208-212 Nathan Road,
Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The meeting is being called for the following purposes:
1. to receive and consider the annual report of the Council; the annual statement of accounts of the chapter and the Auditorâs report thereon;
2. the election of Council members;
3. the election of Auditors for the ensuing twelve months where required in accordance with the Chapter Memorandum and Articles of Association;
4. to discuss and resolve such matters as the Council may wish to raise; and
5. to discuss such matters of general interest raised by members of the Chapter provided due notice of the same is given to the Council at least seven days before the meeting and no such motion shall come before the meeting unless such notice has been given, or unless the Council members see fit to dispense with this rule in any particular case
In case of adjournment, the revised date, time and venue for the adjourned meeting will be announced via the chapter website at https://www.fedunialumnihk.com/
